Morricone In Love! has been picked up for an Autumn run at Picture House Cinemas! We kick off at the bellisma Electic Cinema in Nottinghill on Sunday 6th November at 6pm. The Electic is a stunning venue - all very 1960/70's, super ChiChi - fitting for the wonderful world of cult Italian horror-erotica visuals with our live performance of triptastic and rare Morricone scores from myself, Nick Ramm, Jon Scott, Alex Keen, Jon Gingell and Gerry Hunt.
You can buy tickets here. Should be a brilliant evening.
Future dates include Greenwich on 24th November at 8.30pm, Brixton’s Ritzy on 4th December at 5pm and Hackney’s new Picture House on 15th December at 8.45pm
"One of the best nights I’ve had for ages – really! A magical mix of some of the most under-rated and underplayed parts of the epic Morricone catalogue coupled with clips from films I never thought I would see...The images alone would make it a fun evening…The fact that alongside that you’ve got this amazingly beautiful vocal instrument and sensual, weird, tripped out music is the icing on the cake. Even if I wasn’t a Morricone nerd I’d still have had a fantastic night!" Daniel Pemberton, Film and TV Soundtrack Composer
